Originally booked for the convenient location but checked back out immediately! The room was musty and stale, the door was rotting, bathroom door wouldn't close at all, the were dead bugs and hair in the bathroom, the towels were dirty and stained (rust or blood), the table was sticky, and only one vanity light worked. The lobby/dining room stank (had a fishtank and a couple bird cages). The entire place was just gross! Yes it was cheap but for $10 more (TOTAL) we were able to stay in a nicer place that was clean and actually had the 2 beds that we requested. I would NEVER recommend this place!

You get what you pay for. If you need a comfortable bed and a hot shower, this will do. Maintenance of faucets, floor, and tile is lacking.

Office Clerk was informed that none of the soap dispensers worked. The same condition existed 24 hours later. The clerk said he "forgot"

We arrived at 7:15PM. The lobby was locked, with a sign in the window (will be back at 10:00). We had to find another motel. The property was very rundown.

I have stayed at every hotel in the Mexico/Kingdom City area and I like the Budget motel because I can stay close to the airport and not waste money on lodging. It is convenient and comfortable.

The room was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. We were very impressed with the breakfast, which is handmade by the owner whom wakes up early every morning to prepare pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy with various fruits. Our only negative comment would be the lack of a door in the bathroom. But the room had been remodeled recently so im guessing that a door will be put on soon....i hope.(Hot water was impeccable) If we happen to be in town again, this will be the place we go!
