Yes! When booking the Champion Estate, you are reserving both sides of the duplex, meaning the game room is entirely private for your group’s exclusive use.

The room is packed with entertainment! You’ll have exclusive access to arcade machines like Street Fighter, Pac-Man, and Fast & Furious racing, plus foosball, air hockey, skee-ball, a basketball hoop, and a giant Connect 4.



How many fire pits and grills do we get?

Since you are booking the entire duplex property, your group has exclusive use of the full backyard, which includes two fire pits and two BBQ grills. It’s the perfect setup for large cookouts and evening s'mores!



Do you provide baby gear for large groups?

Yes! We want to make traveling with little ones as easy as possible. You will have access to two Pack ‘n Plays and two high chairs (one set per side of the house).



How many cars can we bring?

The driveway comfortably accommodates up to 6 vehicles. We ask that you utilize the driveway space first before using the additional free street parking nearby.
