A bit seedy - quite a few late night/wee morning hours noisy groups in the parking area hanging out - but for the price somewhat expected - staff friendly and welcoming.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Rooms were decent, pretty clean but the entire hotel is taken over by homeless. Tons of people living at the hotel, just sitting all around outside. Drug deals going on all night, people yelling slamming doors, not to mention just standing outside our door. Rooms come with codes to unlock no deadbolt inside, did not feel safe.

Would highly recommend against any families staying at this property. They advertise as family friendly/welcoming, however if you are not interested in gang members, homeless people wandering around, and crime in the alley across the street then avoid this place at all costs.
