One of my concerns was people walking around the parking lot at night. We got in after 2am and to see people just chilling outside in a kinda concerning. The structure of things in the room were a bit off. Bathroom door had to lift up to close. The towel rack was just screwed into the wall so when we took the towel off it came out of the wall. Staff was very help full. Especially coming in after hours.

There was no soap (like they were out of soap), the room was not clean, it had a bit of a smell, the curtains didn’t close all the way, and…our bed was broken! To their credit, the lady working and maintenance man tried to help and did end up bringing us a new bed frame at 9:30 pm. They were trying, the motel is bad, do not recommend.

Hidden secret

Fast check in. Very friendly clerk. Fast and easy checkout. Location is perfect if you are doing anything downtown and don't want the hassle of driving and then finding parking. Room was in excellent shape, everything worked and the beds were very comfortable.

This motel is clean, well kept and comfortable. I appreciate how they utilize the space to feel like you are staying in a studio. There is full size kitchen sink with counter space. There is full bath and the shower hot water NEVER let you down and it can get extremely hot 😅. They have reliable television. Location is quiet and convenient to restaurants and cafes within walking distance around downtown. Staff is amazing and a well organized team. They will clean your room thoroughly. I have memories at this motel and I appreciate their hospitality!

The family oriented staff here at this hotel is definitely one of a kind. They're super polite and very respectful. I would most definitely recommend this motel to anyone whose looking for a hotel room.

The location and ease of getting around was perfect. Hotel is older, but in good condition. not fancy but suited our needs just fine. gathering area with grill and seating, while we didn't get an opportunity to use- was a nice bonus especially for a group. Our only complaint was our towels were stained. we ended up getting our own. If we had an occasion for the two of us again to return to Colorado Springs, we would definitely consider going back.

I don't know how this has a 7.4 out of 10. Terrible smell in the room, no coat hangers, shower head sprayed through the entire bathroom, water would go hot/cold, bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were homeless people all over the area.

Everything you read in the reviews about this motel are true. The hotel is clean, nicely, renovated, and well maintained given its age. Very comfortable bed. Yes, most of the staff who work there appear to also live there. All staff were very kind and helpful. It’s in an area of town With lots of colorful characters. Homeless, etc. I would not stay here alone as a single female, but overall felt safe.
