Guests must be 18+ to use fire pit. Propane tanks are there. Shut off the propane tank after each use. Guest's responsibility to replace the propane.

NO pets on the furniture! If pets are left alone they must be fully trained. Do not have pets relieve themselves in the grass and clean up after them.
