We had issue the day we were checking in. Communication with property host was horrible. Management got upset that I contacted Expedia for help with check in since they were ghosting us and giving wrong information.
We paid a cleaning fee and the apartment was NOT clean. There was major crumbs in couch and living room area. There were stains all over pillows on couch. Someone’s used hair ties were on the bathroom door knob. Kitchen knives were dirty. The beds were full of hair in the sheets. The tub was full of hair and would not drain while showering.
Property is advertised to house 7 people but didn’t have enough space for everyone to sleep. Was advertised to have a pull out couch and it did not have one. We purchased a blow up mattress to fit everyone.
Was contacted by staff night before checkout to make sure we took off all bedsheets to be washed and to put all used towels in a pile for washing. They even told us to make sure we put the blow up mattress away properly when we are the ones who purchased it.
There were ants and spiders everywhere. The rails for the steps were very loose and steps are steep. The parking spots don’t have ample room for everyone. We had to squeeze between a car and trash can to get into assigned parking space which was on the other side of building.
The neighborhood was quiet which was nice.
