Nice Getaway

Cute and cozy three bedroom house. I did read ahead and knew it had no central AC. It was extremely hot for Colorado the week we were out there. The two portable AC units are non-moveable from their spots. Getting cool air to the other two bedrooms was challenging. Thankful for cooler evenings and could open windows. Box fans would have been better than two small round ones. There was slight issue with the hot tub, the whole reason we rented it, the response from the team was spot on and it was fixed within minutes. The communication back from the team extremely fast.

When arriving recycling/garbage bin had tipped over and garbage was everywhere in driveway. The house was fine, except the fan blades on ceiling fans were loaded with dust, other things needed cleaned- primarily dusting. It was a quite neighborhood and neighbors seemed friendly.
