We loved the location of the house. It’s close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, and Bear Creek Park. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed family meals and playing board games at the large dining table and we had fun playing pool. When needs arose Austin was a very responsive host.

The listing is accurate. The place is very spacious and clean. We had 9 people including young children and we had plenty of space to spread out. Nice sized kitchen with a large dining area. The location is residential but easy access to interstate and attractions. The driveway is STEEP when it snows. There is not much of a yard since it's on a hill for young kids to be outside. Very close to zoo and Broadmoor.

The house is spacious and clean. Very comfortable. The house is very centrally located to everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The master bath shower is amazing. Steam shower is wonderful. Had small problem with the door lock and the owner came right over and replaced the battery. We were very impressed. Great communication. The pictures are very accurate to the place. The kitchen has an amazing stove. The only thing the place needs is a pizza cutter. We would definitely stay again.

More hand towels, coffee cups and glasses would have been nice, as not enough for how many home can accommodate. For those traveling with pets, there is no grass yard, but nice area to walk.

Colorado vacation
