Disliked: Cleanliness
When we arrived 15 minutes after our check-in time there were three cleaning people still on the property and we had to wait for them to finish before entering. When we were able to go into the property it seemed like they rushed to finish the job because it was not very clean. There is trash on the floor, the countertops were dirty, the bathroom had fecal matter sprayed on it in the mirrors and sink were dirty. Later we found that the sheets were also not clean under the covers of the bed. When trying to communicate with the host about this, he apologized and said he would communicate this info to his cleaning people but did not do anything to offer to make amends. I was hosting a girls weekend with friends and it really impacted their stay. There was only one extra blanket in the five beds that we had, to and none in the living room at all. In one room it was freezing and didn't have enough blankets for what was needed. The cabinets in the kitchen, inside the refrigerator, and appliances were also not clean and were very dirty. It was very disappointing and a hindrance to the girls weekend we had planned and I had to clean before we could even use the kitchen. I don't generally leave negative reviews, but I feel like the host could have done a better job to make amends for the level of uncleanliness we were dealing with. Would not recommend or stay again.
