2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room was clean, but it had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. In addition, the air conditioning did not work during the night, which made it very difficult to rest comfortably. We expected a better experience, and I believe they should inspect both the air conditioning system and the source of the odor in the rooms.

The elevator had a notice inside that indicated it had not passed the most recent inspection! The accessible rooms don't include walk-in showers, but rather bathtubs - not really accessible for people with limited mobility. While the description says "Breakfast Included" the only options are muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal, and coffee.
