Not the best... wouldn't go back

You could drive to shops and eateries. Staff was friendly. Had to go to the hotel next door to eat. The food from the previous guest was still in the frig and the furniture was pretty beat up. Wouldn't stay there again. Though the property next door looked nice. I think I would probably not stay in Colonial Hts at all next time.

The 1st room view was CONCRETE WALL blocking the window... the 2nd room did not have TV/any cable. the 3rd room water pressure was horrible and a roach was in the bathroom. All carpet floors were filthy. The only goodcthing about this property was the young lady working the desk. For all other purposes, this hotel does not meet the Hilton standards. My sister stayed at Comfort inn and it was cleaner and cheaper than mine. HORRIBLE experience.

The layout gives the room a lot more space. Haven't been in a Hampton Inn in years. This one was nice and had the amenities wanted. However the hallways to the room were sweltering! It's a hot, long walk to the room.

The staff was friendly and ready to help in any way. The hotel itself needs repairs. One of two elevators was down during our 4 night stay, which made for significant elevator traffic. The washing machine on the second floor was broken. Several tiles by the pool were covered in mold.The pool room was so hot, it made it uncomfortable to be there. Our room smelled musty. The water pressure in the shower was very soft. The garbage can on our floor next to the soda machine was overflowing with trash that smelled. One bed had a mattress protector for bed bugs, the other did not. The windows were smeared with handprints when we arrived. The garbage cans in our room were rusted and disgusting. The location was perfect for us and the staff lovely, but we will not return.
