The accommodation is located on the first and second floors without an elevator and consists of:

A kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, kitchen equipment. As well as a dining table for 6 people.

A living room with a very comfortable U-shaped sofa, additional seating, a television,

A bathroom with an Italian shower, a double sink and a toilet.



On the upper floor:

The fourth and fifth bedroom with 1 double bed each.

A large living room/kitchen/dining area completes the floor.



In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, may not exceed 10 people.

If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60 will be charged to you.
