Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The stay doesn’t mention that you have to pick up the keys from another location since the apartment is managed by an agency. Additionally, since it was during Christmas Market festivities the road to drive up to the apartment was blocked, so I had to drag and carry my luggage to the apartment (before I found out that the keys were to be picked up at another location). There was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, just two small bars of soap. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the internet was not hooked up. The only good thing is that the apartment is right in the center of the Christmas Market and is convenient to walk back to to rest.
