The actual facility was fine. Check in protracted because their system had no notice of our reservation. It was eventually resolved and honoured but not the best service. I received a heads up about some fire alarm testing going on a couple of weeks after we are gone but no notice that the pool and hot tub (a feature I was looking for when booking) are and have been closed for a bit. First world problems but a chance to review and improve. Thanks.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The night before my trip, I received a message saying the pool was out of service. At that point, I had no time to cancel and book another hotel. When I arrived with my family, tired from traveling, the staff simply said, “You can cancel if you want,” but offered no discount or alternative solution. This was not fair or professional, and I did not enjoy

Hot Tub/Pool was closed, main reason I booked was to use this and wasn’t able to use. Also the toaster in the Breakfast station, you can’t adjust the temperature/speed of the toaster because the button is taken off, and your bread ends up burning. Overall good place, located in a good area, comfortable beds, nice looking rooms, but breakfast isn’t good but gets the job done

Excellent location, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Easy 10 minute drive to the village. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet if your next-door neighbours are quiet. Lots of parking. Tasty breakfast, with tea and coffee available 24/7. There were a few technical issues during the stay, but everything else was great.
