I am seriously disappointed in the Wyndham brand and the Expedia brand on my recent visit. There was one vending machine in the whole building and either it did not work properly or it was empty. The staff seemed unconcerned and her option to me was the fact that the Dollar Store was next door. The breakfest was also sub par, pancakes, bread, doughnuts, cereal. The coffee was..unusual. There were oranges but something hot would have been better. The room was fine but I don’t think I will trust the Wyndham brand again.

Overall our stay was excellent, no issues. The check-in and checkout was seamlessly easy. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast, -overly crowded, not enough space to sit down -the toasters are pitiful, it took almost 10-15 minutes to warm bread and bagels which caused much frustration and overcrowding. - only had one person working with so many customers, she was amazing and very friendly. She restocked, clean tables, greeted customers and was extremely polite. Admiration to her for handling such a stressful situation with grace. -choices for breakfast were ok a waffle maker would really help, or pancakes for breakfast would be worth it. We did speak to the front desk about it and they asked us to put it in our feedback. Please take this seriously as it was not a cheap stay, we paid almost $400 for the night.

A great place to stay for easy access to all of collingwood shops and attractions. 2 AC EV chargers a 2min walk right across through road with both AC and EV charger about a 5 minutes walk by the Canadian tire .
