An elegant retreat with breathtaking views of Lake Lugano, immersed in the tranquility of a modern residence designed to offer comfort and moments of pure relaxation. The beautiful apartment KÜMIN LAKE VIEW immediately conveys a sense of well-being and wonder, thanks to its panoramic view of the lake and surrounding landscape.

Upon entering the apartment, one is immediately enchanted by the spectacular view through the large windows of the living room. The spacious and bright environment is perfectly divided between a relaxing area with a comfortable sofa bed and a spacious dining area (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The large French door leads directly to the terrace, furnished with a soft outdoor sofa and a dining table, ideal for enjoying breakfasts outdoors, lunches with friends, and dinners at sunset with the lights of the lake in the background. The entire apartment is enriched with details that recall the lakeside style: fishing nets, miniature boats and sailboats, and decorative touches in shades of blue and azure that make the atmosphere even more welcoming and holiday-like. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, allows guests to prepare their favorite dishes with the same comfort as at home. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. The bathroom, finished with stone-effect tiles and contemporary furnishings, features a practical shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has a private parking space in the garage to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. In addition, guests have easy access to the private garden directly overlooking the lake, complete with a reserved pier.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

KÜMIN LAKE VIEW is located in Pianroncate, a panoramic and sunny hamlet of Collina d’Oro, one of the most renowned municipalities in the Lugano region, famous for its beautiful landscape and closeness to nature. In just 5 minutes, you can reach Agno, a lively town on the lakefront, where you will find the Lido with a fully equipped beach and all the main services such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a post office, and a bank. Outdoor activity lovers will enjoy various options in Agno: it is possible to rent SUP boards, kayaks, or practice water skiing on the calm waters of the lake. In about 15 minutes by car, you can reach the heart of Lugano, where you can stroll along the picturesque lakeside promenade, go shopping on Via Nassa—one of the city's most elegant streets—and taste local cuisine in one of the many squares. Furthermore, both from Agno and Lugano, tourist boats depart regularly, allowing you to comfortably explore picturesque lakeside villages and discover charming corners and enchanting scenery.

How to get there:

By car, take the Lugano Sud exit from the A2 motorway and follow your GPS. You will reach the apartment in about 15 minutes.

By train, from Lugano station, walk to the bus stop "Lugano, Stazione Via Sorengo" and take bus No. 435. Get off at the "Montagnola - Pianroncate" stop, which is about 2 minutes on foot from the apartment.
