The property is a single-family house with a 1,520 sq ft living space on a 4,000 sq ft lot size. It is a 4 bedroom (2 Kings + 2 Queens), 2.5 bath house, with an open kitchen style. It has exterior private parking for at least 4 vehicles parked very comfortably (and free street parking available). The house has a central heating/AC controlled by an Ecobee thermostat. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and pans, a dishwasher, oven, filtered coffee marker, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. There is a large comfy couch with a 75` smart TV for your comfort. An extendable dining table for 4-6 people. Patio has a covered 10` x 10` tent with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and outdoor games like Cornhole and Giant Jenga! Access to the unit is via a personalized digital door key code to your unit.

Excellent Location & Street Closure

I gave it 4 stars because of street closure, I wasted 15 min trying to get to the place, however the host was very responsive and helpful. It’s too bad I didn’t get to read my email with the info on how to get to the place due to the street closures before getting there.Con’s:-Living room sofa and chairs needs replacement or some deep cleaning because it has big stains. -The curve appeal needs some loving. -The kitchen smell too strong like they had cooked with a lot of spices.-Put a small key chain on the actual key that way is easier to spot.-There was small mosquitoes on the kitchen by the lamp.-Construction in front of the place makes it dusty outside. -Feel like pretty soon it will need some paint on the living room and some cleaning on the porch with some plants and a new door mat.-The door to the patio the frame was a little bit uneven and I think maybe the mosquitoes were entering thru there, very small opening. Did not go outside but it might be a good idea to make it appealing.Pros:-Very Spacious-Kitchen was full stock with coffee and sugar.-Location is great everything is close by-Host was attentive and helpful-The rooms were very well equipped and taken care of-Restrooms were clean-Nice quiet place with 4 bedrooms!!!-Plenty of parking space and neighborhood felt safe.-Love the fans and overall furniture of the rooms with their lamps and throws.Overall I would book here again! Thanks for your help and fast responding.
