The living area opens to a large covered porch overlooking a field with grazing Longhorns. The perfect place for quiet morning coffee or Happy Hour refreshments. An attached covered entertaining area includes family friendly games such as corn hole toss, darts, and horseshoes. This location has another property that sleeps 6.
Both have their own large firepit, charcoal grill and outdoor entertaining area. This lodging is conveniently located by the newest addition to this property - Circle C Barn Venue.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Farmhouse at Copperas Creek! Debbie and Leon have turned this area into such a charming and unique stay! They go above and beyond with comfort and amenities to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I was delighted when I opened the door to a spotless, spacious, cozy home and a beautiful Christmas tree! Felt just like home for the holidays. We had everything we needed for cooking a few meals and family fun! We’ve stayed with them several times and ALWAYS had a great experience. We had such a great stay that we decided to make this our annual Christmas stay when we’re visiting family! If you’re thinking of booking, do it! Hands down, the most unique and BEST stay we’ve had anywhere!

Terrific Hosts.

Our family occupied two residences on the site and both were perfect for us-convenient to the graduation at Texas A&M but in an area where we could enjoy the peace and quiet. Our hosts were accommodating when we needed to change our reservation. The kitchens were well equipped, clean, and neat. Extra activities that we didn't expect were darts, corn hole and bar-b-ques.

Great Property

Property was nice and clean. There were four couples and plenty of room for us all. The only complaint I have is more bath towels and wash clothes were needed. We stayed two nights and there were only enough towels and wash cloths for one for each person. Towels are fine to reuse but wash cloths are not. If there had been a washer and dryer we would have washed them purse but there isn’t one.

We were at the location for a wedding in Giddings. Would have loved to spend more time at the property. It is very clean and loved the ambiance. My grand daughter loved the Moo's (cows). We plan on coming again with family to meet each other halfway.
