Location was perfect for watching the Texas game at Pluckers and attending a concert at the Tap! House was updated and cute. Neighborhood is currently a mess, but that was in the description. Beds were comfy. Would stay again!

Host was kind enough to be flexible with our check-in. He warned us that the neighborhood was a bit messy due to reno, uninhabited, etc. But it did not effect our stay. We were comfortable, great water pressure, everything we needed for our one night.

Great location, easy drive to campus for football games.Only reason for 4 stars is no true table for a group 4 people and only the one coach for relaxing, no other chair options. No chairs for outdoor entertainment either.

We had a great stay lots of neat stuff inside the house probably could have had a few more towels for the bathroom but still very adequate!The yard was overgrown quite a bit Property was in close proximity to university grounds which was very nice Over all we greatly appreciate your hospitality and really likes your house Thank you!

Perfect Stay for My Husbands Short Business Trip & Was 100% Perfect for Our Pets. We Felt Blessed to have a Back Yard totally Fenced for the Safety of Our Dogs. College Station getaway.

The owners were very informative about the area and the house was really well maintained- three adults and one 9 year old stayed without feeling cramped. The reservation was for the weekend however due to a family emergency, we only used it for Saturday night. I would reserve this place again should the need arise.
