My family and I stayed in a double bed suite. The hotel and room were clean, the room had plenty of space and the breakfast was good! Staff kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean - but two problems The toilet was dirty - hairs on the bowl , the blackout shade didn’t block light at all the room was lit up all light due to fluorescent outside lights. I mean bright all night . A true blackout shade would have help … but no .

The room that was first chosen for us was changed because they didnt have hot water. Then they didnt tell us to not use the stove and microwave at the same time and we poped the breaker. All the dishes were dirty and they didnt have a dishwasher or even the soap bottle was empty. The tissue box only had 3 tissues before it ran out. Seems like they dont replace things for new guests. Also the carpet had visible stains and was very dirty since my white socks got so dirty from walking around in a couple of hours. We are Wyndham platinum members and this hotel was by far the worst we have used. Oh and i tried texting and calling/leaving a message for the soap refill and to try and get bed rails, i never got an answer to my requests. The bed frame is heavy steel and one of my dauthers ended falling off the bed while sleeping and my 2yr old tripped and hit her head on the metal frame. This hotel is not for small kids and we will not be using it again.
