INDOOR LIVING
Welcome to the Yellowbird Retreat. Centrally located to all of Walla Walla`s finest wineries, shops and our Historic Downtown. No matter which way you decide to travel you are just 3 miles to nearly any destination. Which include Main Street Walla Walla and our Southside wineries. In addition we are conveniently located 0.3 miles from Walla Walla University and two blocks from Rogers Bakery. Recently remodeled and updated while preserving the 1950’s charm. Mixing the old and the new, this space is equipped with smart devices throughout. Easy to play your music through the speakers, change the temperature with your words, and stream your own movies from your phone to the TV or steam from your favorite accounts. Each room is equipped with a nightlight/white noise maker. Original door knobs, bathtub, and beautifully restored hardwood floors. Expect some squeaks from the antique floors! As an added bonus the charming cottage is yours to retreat to as well. In the cottage, enjoy a full kitchen with dinette, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and living room with Smart TV to stream from your accounts. This allows for an additional 4 guests and is separate from the main house for added privacy.

GUEST ACCESS
You will be given a house code for the Smart Locks. We do have a ring doorbell camera to monitor the front doors and guests checking in and out. Guests have access to all areas of the house with the exception of the locked storage areas and garage.
HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, up to the property`s maximum occupancy.

Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they follow all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage resulting from violations, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and booking platform policies.

Guests remain responsible for damage caused by animals during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Reservations may include accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for eligible accidental damage.

Guests remain responsible for damage not covered by applicable protection, subject to the terms of their reservation and booking platform.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted safety rules and operating instructions for pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, and other amenities.

Guests may be responsible for damage or additional servicing resulting from misuse, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. All cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial activities require prior approval.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

Please secure all windows and doors when leaving the property and ensure fireplaces, BBQs, and other equipment are safely turned off.
