Come relax and unwind at The Pines. Located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac nestled in a pine grove. Sip your coffee on the spacious back deck and watch the friendly squirrels frolic and play. Take an afternoon stroll to neighboring Lyon`s Park; enjoy the nearby Southside wineries; prepare home cooked meals in the well equipped gourmet kitchen; stream your favorite movies in the large living room; tell stories in the backyard; then fall asleep in one of the 4 comfy king beds.

4 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, 65` Smart TV (connect to your account), private backyard and outdoor space, outdoor dining, Weber gas BBQ

1 block to Lyon`s Park, .5 miles to Walla Walla University, 3 miles to downtown Walla Walla, 5 minute drive to Southside wineries.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

This was one of my favorite vacation rentals! Four bedrooms all with king beds made sleeping arrangements seamless, and the living room had plenty of space for us all to lounge! It was sooo clean, had lots of special touches, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t use the deck but it looked amazing and inviting. There was also a park across the street with a pond and walking paths. Will absolutely book again!

The Pines

This was our second stay at the Pines for a guys golf trip to Walla Walla. The location is perfect for its proximity to Wine Valley and downtown WW and the house suits us us perfectly. We will stay here again when we return again next year!

Friends Reunion

Several close friends gathered in the Walla Walla for a reunion and we found this perfect place in College Place to stay at. It was immaculate, it had four king sized beds, well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor seating on the deck. It was perfect and we’ll definitely be back!
