This freshly renovated home exudes modern warmth and comfort. Ideally situated near Walla Walla University and just minutes from Downtown Walla Walla, as well as numerous world-class wineries, it offers a tranquil retreat in a quiet, dead-end cul-de-sac neighborhood.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The large fenced backyard features a patio with ample seating for lounging and BBQs. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The perfect place to stay & relax!

The Space:
The open concept allows for a true unobstructed gathering for guests throughout the kitchen, dining, and living area. Both Keurig and drip coffee options are available.

Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including; cooking utensils, pans, trays, oils, spray, and seasonings. There is a griddle, toaster, waffle maker, and even a crockpot. Keurig, French Press and drip coffee options are available.

Dining area offers bench seating at the table for flexible seating. Games are located in the buffet against the wall.

Living area features a 65” Roku TV (where you can log in to all your streaming services), a remote-controlled electric fireplace, a DVD player, mini classic Nintendo, and assorted movies and books. The couch is a sleeper sofa as well.

Bedrooms feature flat-screen Roku TVs, memory foam mattresses, premium cotton sheets, closets with hangers and luggage racks, dual nightstands, and a remote-controlled fan for us ‘white noise’ lovers. There is a desk in the master as well as wireless chargers on both nightstands and an iron/ironing board in the closet.

Bathrooms are equipped with large bath sheet size towels, hair dryers, makeup towels, and a cooling pad for flat/curling irons.

For your electric car; A Grizzl-E Level 2 electric car charger with a 25ft cord. 14-50R outlet (50amp 240v). Also, there is a regular 110 outlet on the front porch as well.

Welcome to our spacious vacation rental, encompassing the entire right side of a duplex. However, unlike traditional duplexes, your privacy is our utmost concern. The only shared wall is a soundproof barrier in the living room. The backyard is separated by a privacy fence, ensuring your peaceful oasis. You'll appreciate the absence of adjoining yards, offering a truly serene retreat.

In terms of parking, a generously sized driveway provides ample off-street space for all guests. This duplex design offers the best of both worlds – the comfort and space of a private home, coupled with the reassurance of friendly neighbors nearby.

As the owners, we reside on the left side of the duplex and are readily available to assist you with any needs you may have upon request. Your comfort and enjoyment are our priorities.
