Just 1.5 blocks from a peaceful stretch of Cocoa Beach sand, our cozy beach house is the perfect home base for couples, families or small groups ( up to 5 guests) Thoughtfully designed with soft whites, woven accents and every comfort you need for a stress-free stay.

-King bed in primary bedroom + queen + twin in second (extra pillows, blankets & black out curtain)



-Full kitchen stocked with drip coffee, toaster, crockpot, spices and kids dishes

-Washer/Dryer in garage

-Bathroom with tub/shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Outdoor Oasis:

Private backyard with shaded pergola, fire pit (firewood not included), sectional seating, dining table, propane gas grill (propane included) and jumbo connect 4

Beach Ready (Included):

Beach cruisers, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, baby sun shade, toys (boogie boards, corn hole etc.)

***Important Notes:

-Max 4 adults (or 2 adults+4 small kids) No air mattresses, No pets (including emotional support), No parties.  Must be 24+ to book (Exceptions can be made, please contact host for more info)

-We keep the thermostat locked at a cool 74 degrees during the summer months (ceiling fans in every room keep it comfortable.) You may request to have it unlocked but will potentially be responsible for any service issues that may occur if the unit freezes over.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is so well decorated and so comfortable. We found everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. The house is also close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. A fantastic place to relax and have a great vacation!

Book it!!

This place was perfect. Super easy walk to the beach and all the amenities you will ever need. The decor was modern, cozy, and adorable. The place was clean and bright. I am a travel snob, and I will say this place exceeded our expectations. I am already trying to clear my calendar to return to this very place. And what a cute backyard! Beautiful home, beautiful beaches, and a great beach town feel. The owner was wonderful with communication and let us know about the rocket launch- which we all said was a highlight to our stay. We will be back!!

Great Vacation Home

The location was terrific. It is about a block from the beach. Rocket launches could be viewed from there. There were restaurants nearby. The house was clean and well equipped, which included bicycles, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at The Coconut.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I - and our two young boys - stayed at Amanda’s home for two nights. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches and the fact that the house had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was an easy 5min, and everything else was a short drive. Zero complaints!

My Favorite! - Best in Cape Canaveral

This property is amazing. There is no detail left undone. From the decor to the location, we loved it all. For experienced VRBO travelers, you know each property is different when it comes to what's available. The Coconut has it all. There was coffee, filters, water to get you started. Honestly, you can just land and relax. Hit Publix the next day. Amanda was very responsive to my questions. She clearly is customer-focused and that is something I appreciate. I'm booking again very soon. Thank you, Amanda!

Cozy & Comfy 2 Night Stay

It was our family’s first time visiting Cocoa Beach. We arrived late due to a delayed flight. As soon as we walked into the Coconut we felt right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully in place. The place was clean, comfortable, and a very quick walk to the beach. I appreciated that we were able to communicate with Amanda and how she kept us up to date with the space launch schedule and answering any questions we had. The back patio was like our very own oasis and a perfect place to chill after the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and would go back again next time we visit Cocoa Beach!

Short beach break before my cruise

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 19 year old and 14 year old before getting on a cruise. The beach cottage was extremely clean, airy, and well appointed for our stay. We cooked breakfast both days and the kitchen was big and had basic spices for cooking. It was a quick 2 block walk to the public beach access. The backyard had a hammock and nice area to sit outside. Very laid back vibe and family friendly area.
