Beautiful experience with best friends and family! The sunsets were perfect, the temperature was 10/10 but the atmosphere of the home and back yard was perfection. They have everything you need ready for you and more! They have truly thought of every last detail. The boys always had a nice hideout from the social interaction and beach using the game room!!! The fire pit and hot tub were the winners for us though. We had the most perfect cookouts with the outdoor kitchen and grill and the vibe and view was unreal. If you can get this house you must do it. It’s insane. The hosts are very responsive and kind too! The neighbors were sweet too. Dog friendly which was super helpful and plenty of gates and dog friendly accommodation (including dog poopie bag stations). We had so much fun. Thank you guys!!

We have vrboed numerous homes along Cocoa Beach's beautiful Space Coast. While previous homes have also been fantastic, this home was the best for the amount of activities available and backyard functionality. We had ages w thru 81 there and it accomodated everyone. The game room was a hit, as well as the mini-golf and the ping pong table.And of course there was the beach, which never disappoints!Great home with an amazing location! Have fun!

Best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Beds are comfy. Sunrise is gorgeous. House is fully loaded with everything you could want. We do not leave the house for 4 days because there was just no need. Can’t wait to return!

We loved this home! Perfect to ring in the new year and celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday on the beach with family! It is hard to find a home with several bedrooms on the main floor for older relatives who can’t handle stairs as well as plenty of amenities to keep the children happy and this home fit the bill perfectly. The home was simply gorgeous and the host was wonderful. We want to come back in the summer!

We had an amazing week! The house is stunning!! Modern, very clean with an open concept to enjoy time together. The game room is a fun place to play games and watch movies. The house has an outside shower, a fire pit and a hot tub that we used constantly. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and enjoying the beautiful days in the sun. We were 3 families spending Thanksgiving together and we would definitely come back to this house.Beautiful!!

We had the most amazing time at this house! From the perfect days on the basically private beach to the family movie nights in the media room, we couldn’t have imagined anything better. The layout of the house was perfect with living spaces big enough for the whole family but also plenty of separate rooms for everyone, and the beds were so incredibly comfortable, it was almost difficult to not stay in bed all day. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and we even got to see a space launch! And everything you could want (groceries, restaurants, shops) were all very close. 10/10 exceeded our expectations and would love to come back again!

Best house on Cocoa Beach!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were sad when we had to leave. The house was so clean and accommodating. We especially loved the outdoor showers that enabled us to keep the house clean for our crawling babies. The outside showers had warm water so it felt like a normal shower when we finished at the beach. We loved spending time in the backyard playing yard games and using the hot tub as well! We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it! The service and attention to our needs was amazing also!

What a Home!

I can not say enough great things about this property. I have stayed at dozens of rental properties and this is without a doubt the nicest one I have ever stayed at! Beyond the obviuos location of the house (a near private section of beach directly in your backyard), the amount of attention the hosts paid to the finishes of the house as well as all of the amentities, the pictures/listing of the property pale in comparison to exactly how beautiful this house is once you get there! You will not find a nicer house on Cocoa Beach.
