Pullout queen sofa in living area. Courtyard is perfect to grab a book or a beverage and sit outside and lounge. Grill provided for easy dining. Washer/Dryer on premises. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, oven, microwave and dishwasher. New countertops and new bathroom vanity/mirror/ lighting and freshly painted. The shower head is awesome. Fully furnished condo with 3 smart TV's and high speed internet. Great for working from the condo. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Very desirable area in a quiet neighborhood. Stroll to the famous Cocoa Beach pier. Watch a rocket launch from our beautiful beach. 5 minute drive to the port for a cruise. The location is great for all activities of the surrounding area (Ron Jon's, restaurants, etc.) Interested in fishing or looking for some R & R this is the perfect location for it all. Nearby shopping, golfing, paddle boards, kayak rentals etc. All things beachside for your fun in the sun. Come stay in our clean condo for your next vacation!
