Located on large 1.25 acre lot with nice garden areas in the back for outside entertaining, etc. Huge 3 season room with sliding doors. This is a great home for large family gatherings or families! Outdoor area in back with lawn furniture & grill.

The Best Getaway for a Group

We had people coming into town from all over and needed multiple bedrooms. This house had that PLUS multiple living spaces where we could all spread out and enjoy the time together without feeling too crowded. Absolutely thrilled by our stay at the Avon property. The host went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxed as could be. The house was great. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. The amenities were great too. It was so nice to see the house decorated for Christmas. The best part was how close it was to our hosts house. I would definately stay again the next time the family comes to Cleveland.
