We were disappointed with our stay because the hot tub/spa was not working, and there was no mention of this on the website or at booking. The spa was the main reason we chose this hotel. My husband was having surgery the next day, and all he wanted was to relax in the hot tub beforehand, which unfortunately wasn’t possible. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. Transparency about amenities would have made a big difference.

Family friendly and convenient to the arena that we walked to. Staff was very friendly. Not sure if it was mentioned or not prior to booking but i wasnt aware prior to that it would cost ~22$ for parking. Stinks that we had to pay to park at the hotel we wefe staying in. So that would be my only negative mention. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The hotel was pretty cool, easy access off the interstate and easy to and from other venues. Staff was attentive and very personable and the environment was just a relaxed feel. Also, the building is pretty cool, kinda old and rustic on the outside. Only one bad thing, constant kid presence in the pool all the way to closing time. We were hoping for adult hours to actually enjoy the pool.

Not clear online that breakfast is an additional fee until check in. At check in told pool not functioning next morning no problem with pool. Im not sure front desk clerk was honest at check in. Why if an amenity is not available does room rate not change?

Hotel is located in a good location to where I needed to be. Parking was convenient and room was clean. Only issue is my sink wasn’t draining. The staff menber was friendly and switched my room right across where I was. In the new room, washroom faucet was very slow and toilet had issues flushing. Didn’t escalate as I was tired from my trip plus already know there was no maintenance in house to resolve. Maybe have a plumber move around vacant rooms to do regular check ups. Decent stay though so thanks.
