Plenty of room for everyone. The well-stocked and equipped kitchen invites you to serve snacks or create a great meal.

We love hosting Lee University's parents and guests.
The bright open space mixes a craftsman home with new modern touches since renovating in 12/2019. This included new kitchen cabinets, appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, large farm sink, microwave, and fridge. Refurbished original shiplap walls and ceilings. A king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds allow you to spread out for privacy. Enjoy High-speed internet, Netflix, Prime, and other movie and TV options while sitting in front of the electric fireplace.
Have a seat in a rocker on the front porch and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a nightcap in the evening.

This charming cottage was so comfortable, smartly decorated, and homey that we wanted to move in permanently. It provided all the comforts of home. Wonderful quaint house

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. This older home has been updated nicely but retains its old time character and charm. The open floor plan is helpful and with 3 ample sized bedrooms, 2 full baths and a stackable washer and dryer, this home has all the comforts of home.
