Room had stains around everywhere very loud people next to us and whole area smelled of pot real bad where it got in the room. Had booked room for a week and left after one night. When I told staff about issues seemed like they just didn’t care. Would definite my money back

I hate to give a bad review:/ the room was dirty-it felt dirty. The jacuzzi had hair in it and very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable. I reserved this room online because I had a drs appt in the area and wanted to be closer. The service is friendly but I would not recommend staying here.

The hot breakfast was very good. Check-in-staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I did not like was housekeeping kept banging on the door until you answered it, you would figure after the first couple knocks you don't need services but they proceed to bang on your door harder,waking you up, they need Do not disturb door signs like they used to have. That was obnoxious! Also housekeeping leaving a tip envelope on the dresser was a bit tacky. If I want to tip I'll tip personally.

I'm afraid the air in the hotel room (I think this was due to the just like air system) was extremely dry and we both kept waking up from it but that might be an us problem. The staff was just great!!!!

Ended up here after our power went out. Staff was great at accommodating. Very helpful and kind. The only real problems were the bed had a massive dent in it. The room was pretty dirty lots of cobwebs in the corners. Also behind the night stands was very dirty. The rooms could use some extra care in the cleanliness department.
