We were informed on our check-in day that our reservation were double booked. We were able to get alternate accommodation . This accommodation has a leak in the hallway roof and there were quite a bit of pet hair and debris blowing around the room. The power went out for a solid 3 hours. Base on this we forfeited the fee and moved to the hotel. We will say Alisha was responsive and really moved to address the booking mishaps.

Very clean, spacious apartment. It could use a coat of paint, especially in the bathrooms. Weak WiFi. Unable to set the AC to any temperature other than 76.It was a great place to stay after a fifa football match.
