This was an excellent property! The property was very clean and decorated nicely. The porch is huge and a wonderful place to sit in the evening. The rooms are well done with super comfortable beds. The bathroom is nice with large walk-in showers. The home has a nice mixture of modern furniture with some very nice antique pieces that have been utilized throughout. Our hosts, Ryan and Marty, were super. They were quick to respond to questions as well as provided ideas for nearby restaurants. We very much appreciated the accommodation to check in a little early since we passing by on our way to the river. I would highly recommend the Roan for your Polk county adventures.

Easy booking and check-in. The place was better than the listing shows. Hosts were very nice and the mattresses were comfy! It’s beautiful in a lively setting. I highly recommend!

Excellent communication from host, new property with all the amenities you could possibly want, and farm setting with great views of surrounding area. The stars at night are spectacular. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away.

This place is beautiful!!! The front porch is incredible! So spacious and the view is peaceful. A great space for sipping coffee in the morning. When we walked in we felt right at home!!The decor is tasteful and warm. The space is very well thought out. Every seat in the house gives you a clear view of the beautiful TN countryside. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The air fry capabilities on the microwave were a plus! The fridge has plenty of room and the full-size washer and dryer came in handy! The bedrooms are gorgeous and the showers-Wow -they are huge! The mattresses are extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean and cozy. I can't say enough good things! And it only took us a short 10-15 minutes to get to all the restaurants and shopping in Cleveland. We will come back in the summer so we can enjoy the proximity to the Ocoee! Thank you, Ryan and Marty! Y'all were wonderful hosts!!
