What was good…the water pressure, the bed linens. The bed although new was very firm not really their fault. Towels were very tough. Only two coffee cups one barely big enough for a whole cup of coffee. No sugar packets. Very noisy guests upstairs. Stomped and danced like they were doing a war dance. Tried to complain but no response from office. Only voice mail available which did no good.
Photos of this property are HIGHLY misleading! Throughout my stay, staff were neither friendly nor accommodating, and the room cleanliness was well below acceptable standards. Housekeeping is not provided daily and does not occur at all unless specifically requested. When I requested fresh bedding, it took approximately 4 hours for staff to attend. Staff entered the room wearing winter boots and left mud and dirt on the floors in the main area and in the bedroom. There is also no floor mats provided for footwear, leading to further filthy floors.
The toiletries provided were inadequate to put it politely; shampoo and body wash dispensers appeared to contain orange dish soap, and no conditioner was provided during my entire stay.
Despite being advertised, the restaurant is not open. The so-called “continental breakfast” consisted only of coffee and yogurt available at reception, and guests are unable to order breakfast AS ADVERTISED.
I stayed at this location for a couple weeks due to work commitments and will be returning to Clearwater in the future; however, I will NOT stay at this property again. Due to the poor service and lack of cleanliness, this business has lost a significant amount of repeat revenue from me alone. I would strongly recommend considering alternative accommodations in Clearwater, such as the Wells Gray Inn, where the difference in quality and service is substantial!

Room clean and tidy, walls quite thin and could hear neighbours around and the road. Staff lovely and helpful. Missing hairdryer though.
A little disappointed in the beginning as Staff were not there for checking in when we arrived at almost 4pm, had to wait for 10-15 min and the door was closed, it was cold outside.
Location is good, close to many falls and city centre.
Room is clean.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast has apple, coffe, muffin and yoghurt.
Pretty good price compared with other hotels nearby.

Clean and comfy bed. Great tv. Room a bit tired and floor gritty.
We've stayed at this property numerous times over the past five years and it always been great. This time however I'd say it was good. This time we were on the main level and the room was just not as spacious or conveniently layout as the rooms we've had on the 2nd floor. AND the included breakfast was not available until 8:30am....we're on the road by 8:00am at the latest so that felt not okay. Breakfast has always been available by 7am or even earlier at every other hotel so thumbs down for that. If had not had the long positive history I likely would not recommend it but will write this one off as just a one off.
The condition and cleanliness of our room were disappointing. There were toenail clippings in the bedside table and the sofa was stained. The fixtures in the bathroom were loose and in poor condition.
Ok for a one night stopover, but wouldn’t have been happy staying longer. We were away early so didn’t travel to the golf course for breakfast.
Good one night stop over location en route from Whistler to Jasper. Unfortunately the hotel has a policy that you must wash your own dishes etc otherwise they will charge you for not doing so. This would of course not be a problem, except the hotel room had no plugs for the sink, therefore you could not fill a bowl for washing up.
Additionally kitchen knives were left in floor height cupboards which was very dangerous for our one year old, luckily we checked the cupboards and discovered this, but had we not, there could have been a very nasty accident.
Reception was polite but mislead us to what services were open for food, the room was clean but needed quite a bit of repair. There was one small light for the entire property. For the cost of the room, the expectation was not met.
Staff was friendly. Property is in poor condition. Bathroom smelled of mildew, floor was dirty, whole place in run down condition. Pictures do not represent the actual state of the property.
Staff were nice and polite.
Room was clean.
Breakfast was hosted 8 min away at the golf course. Very hospitable; very filling breakfast.
Nice trail to the lake , alittle better signaged but very nice to drink coffee at sunrise
Stayed for three days and would do it again
