Front desk told us the “system was down” even tho all slot machines at the casino worked perfectly. Therefore did not get room key, they had to walk guests to their room and use a master key, WiFi or tv did not work even after we checked out the next day Bad experience

Front desk was not staffed at check in. Had to wait for someone to return. T v did not work had to change rooms. On check out the front desk was not manned. Had to wait . I got tired of waiting so I left the keys on the desk and left . Appears the front desk is understaffed.

It was a nice hotel overall but I had a huge problem checking in. They didn't get my reservation from you guys until 11 pm, I had paid for the room at 7:20 pm. I was at the hotel, ready to go to bed at 9:30. It was miserable and I probably won't use expedia in the future.

An excellent place to get away and detox from the concrete jungle & city traffic. Great views everywhere you turn. Surrounded by nature; vineyards, trees & rolling green hills. My only issue was that my room was very warm. I turned the A/C to a cool 72*f. The air was cool in the common area living space, but could not feel it coming from the vents in our room. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan in our room to help bring the temperature down. Other than that, everything was fantastic! 👍👍

Amazing and wonderful staff! Sweet girls checking us in. Everyone seems happy. Very clean hotel and casino as well. Happy with the food meal opportunities. And their Long Island ice teas were off the charts wonderful! Hiccup lol
