Honestly, the entire facility is under redevelopment so construction is everywhere, the pool isn’t open, they are understaffed, our bathroom was dirty with hair in it. The staff was nice but clearly at capacity

The reception representative was very nice. However, the hotel is being renovated so there were boxes all in the front entrance area and all along the hallway on the floor the room was on. Good signage everywhere to notify guests. Room was clean. I arrived late and it was very quiet so easy to get to sleep- no work being done that would wake one up.

We had a terrible stay because the hotel was under total renovation and water was cut off from 1-5pm. The hotel should not have remained open during this intensive renovation and the value for money was terrible.

Visited some family that live in NC and stayed here after traveling from FL. Arrived super late past check in and the staff was so accomodating and helped my family and i get some rest after the drive. Rooms are nice, the breakfast was great, and the staff was so kind and helpful.
