Propriété bien située pour faire un arrêt sur le canal. Il n’y a cependant rien à faire à proximité (1 seul restaurant mais fermé lors de notre passage) et rien à visiter en particulier. Le site du bord du canal est très reposant. Les chambres sont propres, sans confort particulier (pas d’air conditionné ni centralisateur). Fort heureusement, on a pu ventiler en ouvrant les fenêtres de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Nous avons diné au bord du canal, ce qui était très agréable. Le repas était basique et manquait de légumes, dommage. Le petit déjeuner, basique lui aussi (pas de produit local ou fait maison) et n’offrait pas de lait végétal, ce qui est pourtant une option assez basique de nos jours, ce serait un plus de l’ajouter. Une petite épicerie propose des produits pour le pique-nique, ce qui est très astucieux. Enfin, j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de nos hôtes, on s’est sentis comme en famille.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très sympa et chaleureux dans la Maison du canal où on peut observer les péniches passer et déguster une cuisine de grande qualité. Nous y reviendrons à l'occasion pour explorer cette belle région.

Fantastische locatie met vrijheid om van het terras aan het water gebruik te kunnen maken. Ontbijt was beperkt en mede daardoor vonden wij de prijs iets te hoog.
