In a small quiet village in the Auxois, the cottage "Le Renouilly" is the ideal place for your stays with family or friends.
On a large enclosed plot of more than 3000 m², this large contemporary house completely renovated, offers:
on the first floor: beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen, open to the living/dining room. Direct access to the terrace. TV, wifi, DVD player. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm, 1 shower room / laundry room with washing machine and dryer, Italian shower, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 lounge area on the landing, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed + 1 90 cm pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower, 1 separate toilet, 2 communicating bedrooms: 1 with 1 140 cm bed and 1 with 1 160 cm bed + 1 90 cm pull-out bed. Plenty of storage space. 3 extra beds possible (10 €/night/additional person, to be paid on site).
Baby equipment available: travel cot, high chair, changing mat, potty.
Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, heated swimming pool of 4X8 m (depth 1.5m), open from Mid-May to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. SPA 6 places available on the terrace.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable chez Christine et Thomas. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et le jardin avec piscine et spa est au top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.
