Villa Nurimar by Escape Home

Traditional and charming villa in Cap d'Artruix where you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the company of your family or friends. It has capacity for six people and offers the possibility of enjoying long summer days by the private pool, sunbathing on the loungers or preparing a delicious barbecue and enjoying it on the terrace. In the lounge-dining room you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a film on the plasma TV or listen to music from the speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped including ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and all the utensils you will need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other two have two single beds with the possibility of joining them together if necessary. It also has a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub and we provide a hairdryer for your comfort.

Villa Nurimar is located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the Seafront Promenade, and is just 2km from Cala'n Bosch Beach.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
