Son Carrió 8 is an apartment located in the Sa Perdiu complex, in Son Carrió, in the southern part of Ciutadella. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Santandria Beach.

The Sa Perdiu community is known for its family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The apartments are situated next to a large communal pool and a shared outdoor hot tub.

The complex also offers a sunbathing area and shared lounge chairs.

Sa Perdiu 8 is located at the front of the complex, with direct access to the main access road (Carrer de Sa Perdiu) and consists of:

2 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed + 1 with two single beds)

1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

The front terrace leads to the accommodation and features a cozy porch furnished with an outdoor table and benches.

It’s sunny there starting mid-morning, making it ideal for breakfast al fresco or a drink in the evening.

We provide bed linens and towels for your personal use, as well as initial supplies for the bathroom and kitchen, plus a roll of toilet paper.

For added comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning or heating, depending on the season, and features standing fans.
