I had a phenomenal 4 night stay at Set Blaus Boutique Hotel. The location in the heart of Ciutadella is perfect. Numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping, the beautiful port are all within walking distance. The room was equipped with a fridge and a safe. Cleanliness was superb. The staff were helpful and friendly. Tessa was truly a blessing during my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding a rental car company that had automatic cars available and assisted also with a parking ticket i received. I highly recommend this hotel amd would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room. Thank you!

Hotel de 10! precioso y muy cómodo

Viajo mucho por trabajo y no es fácil encontrar hoteles así y mucho menos que el personal que trabaja en el sea tan amable y profesional, tanto la persona de recepción como la que atiende las habitaciones. Yo suelo pedir siempre la planta mas alta posible, en este caso no la tenían disponible, imagino que por la temporada alta? tuve que alojarme en la planta baja! pero aun así tengo que decir que no escuche ningún ruido ni de la calle ni del Hotel, se nota que la obra y los cerramientos de las ventanas cumplen su trabajo. UN HOTEL DE 10!
