The villa is laid out over a single storey and offers spacious, light-filled rooms with high ceilings, designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Access to the property is via the garden, passing through the pool area and the covered terrace. Upon entering, you’ll find an open-plan space comprising the kitchen, dining room and living room, which are visually distinct yet interconnected.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small separate pantry. Opposite it is the indoor dining area, with a wooden table and stools. To the left, the living room is spacious and comfortable, with a chaise longue sofa and a television.
At the far end of the property, connected to the living room, is the sleeping area, comprising two bedrooms and a refurbished bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe, whilst the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Both bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature during the summer months.
The outdoor area, accessed from the living-dining room, features a covered terrace with a table and chairs – ideal for al fresco dining in the summer – as well as a chill-out area and a private swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by a lawned garden.
Sea views can be enjoyed from virtually every room in the house.
The property has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience during your stay, as well as free parking around the villa.

HOW TO GET AROUND
To get around Cala Morell and explore Menorca’s many coves and places of interest, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter. This offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easy access to beaches and natural spots that are not served by public transport.
If you prefer to use public transport, there is a bus route connecting Ciutadella with Cala Morell and some areas along the north coast, although services are limited and operate mainly during the summer months.
Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest routes and schedules.
