A great hotel in terms of comfort, convenient location and price. Staff in all roles are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great bathroom, comfy bed and a really good quality HD TV. Breakfast offers a whole host of options for all tastes. The buffet dinner is the same and is good value for money. We received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink on arrival. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and featured a private balcony.The food was consistently delicious, with a variety of slow-roasted meat casseroles, paella, and fresh fish dishes that showcased rich, hearty flavours. Vegetable sides were tasty, but they often came in oily sauces; I personally would have appreciated a few simpler options like steamed green beans to balance the richness. Overall, a delightful experience with just a small note on the veg!

Menorca in October

Quiet stay for 4 nights in October. Lovely weather. Hotel is 10–15-minute walk to city or harbour. Pool area is nice even if it was freezing. Very quiet time of year so city was quiet with only a few bars open after 12pm. Try restaurant Moriarty for great tapas, fried aubergine chips shouldn't be missed.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting with him. We were able to walk to the old town, restaurants, and markets easily. The ferry from Barcelona was an easy 20 minute walk, and the bus to Mahon was about about 8 minutes away. We look forwarding to visiting again in the future.

mistake by receptionist

We had a nice stay, however due to a mistake by a staff member we ended up without a room when our flight was cancelled. They first told us a room is available and then said they are fully booked. This was very stressful particularly travelling with a baby.

Très beau séjour dans l’hôtel avec un personnel très serviable, une propreté irréprochable et un bon petit déjeuner. 1 axe d’amélioration concernant l’insonorisation des chambres. On a parfois entendu la télé de la chambre du voisin et les discussions sur le balcon. Mention spéciale pour le SPA qui permet de bien se relaxer après les journées dehors.
