Cas Buc is a single-storey villa situated in Cala Blanca, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea.

The main entrance is via the side porch, which leads into the living room – a spacious, light-filled room with a sofa, a television and a dining table with chairs.

The living room opens directly onto the kitchen, which is spacious, fully equipped and overlooks the swimming pool, making it a very pleasant space for everyday use.
The living room also leads to the sleeping area, where the three bedrooms are located: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have windows facing the outside and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.
This area also features a fully fitted bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the villa has an entrance porch with a table and chairs, as well as an outdoor toilet with a cold-water shower, designed for use by the pool or in the barbecue area.

At the front of the property is the private swimming pool with sun loungers, a small chill-out area and a stone barbecue equipped with a sink, worktop and utensils for comfortable outdoor cooking.

There is free parking available in the vicinity of the villa.

SERVICES

- The house has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- To keep the swimming pool clean and the garden in good condition, the maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet and take place solely in the outdoor areas.

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory for all guests to complete online check-in and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

Cala Blanca is a convenient area to explore both on foot and by car. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance of the villa, making it easy to manage many day-to-day activities without the need for transport.

Ciutadella is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a wide variety of shops, markets, bars and restaurants, as well as its charming historic centre and harbour, perfect for a stroll at any time of day.

During the high season, bus services connect Cala Blanca with Ciutadella and other nearby areas. Timetables may vary depending on the time of year, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest information.

To enjoy the island with greater freedom and discover more of its hidden gems, we recommend having your own vehicle, as it makes it easier to reach beaches, coves and less crowded areas across Menorca.
