Beautiful newly renovated house with direct access to the sea, Cala en Forcat. It is ideal for large groups, very spacious and with natural light in all rooms.
It is divided into two floors: on the ground floor we find a large porch with sea views and a country table to enjoy at summer dinners. Inside, just upon entering, there is a double suite with a full bathroom. Next, the living room, kitchen and dining room with sea views. On the second floor there is 1 double room, 2 double rooms and 1 triple room with a bunk bed, along with 2 full bathrooms.
In front of the house there is a built-in barbecue and the pool, shared with the apartments in the complex, also with sea views!
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
