The staff was great . But they had told us that the pool closed at 10 pm and there was people until 1 am with loud music kid running around our area around the same time . I booked through an app and they refused to give me a receipt; there were two adults and two children, and when I asked for towels for the children they refused because they don't charge for children, the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, the facilities and furniture are old, at night there are bars nearby that play loud music and in the mornings at 6am you can hear church bells. I am used to different treatment, we only asked for a coffee and it never came, there were cockroaches, the only thing we received was the complimentary two drinks that were flavorless pineapple juice, and they gave me a ticket for all the stay for 6 thousand pesos and I paid you more than 440 dlls.
