The facilities were in poor condition, the room repairs were shoddy, and the staples poked me when I stepped on the carpet. One drawer was badly repaired, with the screw point sticking out, which was very dangerous; my wife pricked her finger. The bedroom chair was in terrible condition; we were afraid to sit on it. The curtains were also in bad shape; they didn't close properly and were dirty, with sticky patches in some areas. The only thing that saves this place is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and attentive, from the kitchen and cleaning staff to everyone in the department. The staff is fantastic!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Its location is unbeatable for consular services, within easy walking distance of the consulate, clinics, and the Citizen Service Center (CAS). The room was spotless, the included breakfast was very good every day, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Everything was fine until a man tried to sneak into my room through the window, and when I told the front desk, they did nothing (as if it was normal). The first night was great, but then a strong urine smell appeared for the rest of my stay, maybe from the air conditioner. Overall it was still better than the hotel before, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
