Un hotel sucio y mal mantenido, huelen los cuantos mal, te cobran por el control remoto y la llave, en ningun la do decente hacen eso. Primera red flag. La television ni sirve y ni tiene canales para ver. El buffet lo unico bueno es los huevos hechos al gusto, la comida es muy incipida. Lo mas importante es el cliente y su atencion es may mala para el cliente. Te cobran cosas por gusto y a la mala. El gerente es poco profesional e incapasitado para resolver problemas del cliente, no se diga las personas femeninas del front desk. Nunca mas para regresar a este hotel ni recomendarlo.

This property it's old and dirty, need updates. The personal it's not friendly at all, they have absurd challenges and mediocre solutions for costumers. Second time in this place and last one. They don't care the client. Un servicio muy mediocre, desde la limpiesa hasta el gerente. Si tienen algun problema no esperen se los resulevan a su favor, cargos abusurdos por nada que en culaquien otro hotel decente no lo cobrarian. Cuidado con lo que firman y lean sus polisa y reglas engañosas que ni ellos la entienden. El hotel no esta limpio y esta mal mantenido, con un gerente mediocreo no esperen nada bueno.
