Ended up having to pay extra money at checkout after they told me a different total when I first checked in will never be coming back to this hotel ever again. Woke us up at 2AM to inform us about another charge after the first charge They also failed to inform us about the marathon that was held the day we were going to check out so roads were closed & the rooms smell

El personal es de primera, blanquita en recepción, siempre buscando la forma de que tu estadía sea de lo más placentero, Lupita y todo el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento, solo agradecimiento tengo para todos, y nos vemos pronto. Not a great experience

The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The bathroom was dirty, the only towels provided are 2 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. You can not check in before 3 pm, not even 5 minutes early. No coffee available on premises. Grounds were clean and well maintained, parking lot is tight if the hotel is full. Remote for TV requires a deposit before getting from front desk.

I didn’t like the fact that for the ac to stay running you had to keep your key card in a slot other than that it was a good clean place staff was very attentive
