The town of Cisternino is under a 5 minute drive away and Ostuni, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello only 15 to 30 minutes away. The whole region is widely considered to be the most beautiful and unspoilt in Puglia. You are only 15-20 minutes by car from excellent sandy beaches. The upper floor of the villa is available for rental, There are 3 large double bedrooms 1 with ensuite shower room all with comfortable mattresses and a family bathroom. Bright modern open plan Kitchen diner and lounge with the kitchen being equipped with all amenities including dishwasher, fridge freezer split level oven and hob. The outside boasts a fantastic modern sfioro swimming pool built to the highest standards, there is a fully equipped shower room, pool house with fridge/freezer and cooking facilities, there is also a stone built BBQ. The large terrazza offers dining facilities in the form of a large 10 seater cube rattan furniture. Why not do some sun bathing and relax on one of the modern sun beds that enjoys unobstructed sunshine from sunrise till dusk.
Private appartment on lower floor, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and kitchen/diner is occasionally used by owner but if more bedrooms are required please contact owner.
