The last day I stayed here it was the worsted my check out was at 12pm because I ask for a late check I had a couple of meetings that was on Zoom call I had to sit in on so I left my room around 730am and came to the business center because I didn’t want to disturb my husband he was sleeping while I was in my meeting one of the staff was a male ask me aggressive did I have a room him I responded to him and said yes and then he ask me in the same tone of voice what’s the room number I told him 1230 and then I did ask him is it a problem he walk away didn’t answer my question I didn’t do anything at that point but then my husband calls my phone asking me what’s going on and that the front desk has called upstairs so I go to the front desk and ask what’s going on they said “well you came down at 630am and you been there for a while some people come off the street and sit in there” I ask her how can you assume I came off the street if you just said I came down at 630am just a huge inconvenience made me feel so uncomfortable and also the business center have no hours posted anywhere on how long you can use it I feel like the issue could have been handled a little better instead of the staff thinking Im lying they could have ask me for my ID and verify that it was my room calling upstairs and not answering my question was so unprofessional I will never book here again

Bed was comfy but that’s really the only main positive. Pool was cold, couldn’t get a water(s) person at check in said go to the gas station for it and blamed it on the company that stocks the little mini store, bar downstairs was closed, hotels should have waters available to at least purchase. Room was mostly clean but probably the dirtiest remote I’ve used before. Don’t know if I would stay again but it is convenient to a lot of places

We stayed there for a night. First of all, check-in took so much time. There were no receptionist for a while, 2-3 people were already waiting for check-in, but no one showed up for a while. The room was not so clean, the carpet was dusty, the washroom was not upgraded and bathtub was not so good. I thought, if I spend mlre money and get the better property then cheaper motels, then it is better to go for a good stay. But I felt that, they are only charging you for everything, but the condition is almost similar to the cheaper motels.

Arrived around 4:30 pm. Sent to our room. When we opened the door, discovered lights on and bed unmade. Returned to the front desk. They asked us to wait in the lobby for another room to be prepared. 30 minutes later asked for our reservation to be refunded. After working with Expedia representative and front desk staff, we left around 5:30 to search for another hotel in the area.

We did not dine at either of the hotel’s restaurants, so unfortunately we’re unable to comment on the food or restaurant service. At one time, this Radisson was clearly a lovely place to stay. Since this was our first trip in quite some time, we decided to treat ourselves to something a bit more “upscale.” Bless our optimism. While the hotel is older (which can absolutely be charming), that charm seems to have retired some years ago. The Radisson name is still present, though the room itself felt very much frozen in another era. The flooring was genuinely beautiful and easily the highlight of the room. The bathroom, however, was extremely outdated, and the water temperature situation was… interesting. The sink produced water hot enough to brew tea, while the shower struggled to reach anything resembling warm. An exciting little guessing game, if you will. Now, the bed. Unfortunately, it was the star of the disappointment. It sank dramatically in the middle, resulting in the worst sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Two nights of poor sleep really add to the overall experience in ways one never forgets. The view was absolutely stunning and truly a bright spot—though, sadly, even a great view can’t compensate for a terrible night’s sleep. Customer service was pleasant and professional, which we genuinely appreciated. That said, while we’re grateful for the stay, we don’t anticipate returning in the future.
