The room was dirty in a way that smelled badly from dirt, mildew slime encrusted shower, feces on wall in bathroom, heavy dust on surfaces, and food smudges on the couch. I was afraid to even use the bed. Also you could hear every footfall, words and sounds like it was in your room. Doors made big bangs and signs all over suggested shutting doors quietly becsuse they were not properly insulated. I found another hotel and then had to wait days for a manager to refund me as well as having lost a huge chunk of my years worth of Expedia credit. Expedia would not credit me until they talked to the elusive manager.

Staff was very helpful & courteous. We LOVE the reminders about “QUIET DOORS”! It actually worked save one idiot down the hall. The only reason we did not give this hotel 5 stars is because the ceiling/floor joists SQUEEK like crazy! Our upstairs neighbor was evidently teaching dance lessons until 2 am and we heard every single step and jump.

The room was clean and updated. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Coffee/ tea 24 hours. Didn’t use the amenities but they looked great. Check in / out easy and quick. Everyone always greeted you when walking in/ out/ through the halls. Would definitely recommend.
