As usual Ms. Blanca has breakfast setup on time and greets customers. Ms. Ramona has a positive attitude and make sure I am taken care of as well as all customers. Ms. Maria Elena took care of me and offered a bottle water for the wait to check in.

The room is clean and well kept. But we were placed by the ice machine which was loud and disturbing and the ac that was in the room had made some unusual loud noises, so I was hard to sleep also with that. And the blinds that were given to first floor were not private enough, I can see outside and who knows if people can see inside and it didn't block the lights from the outside (pool lights), lamp post and sunlight. So I was shined with light all night and well of day.
